QuilChat, the world’s best automation marketing software, has recently presented a fantastic feature called ‘User Input Flow & Custom Fields.’ This feature will work with QuilChat’s messenger bot. That is, it will add a new feature to the messenger bot.

Unlike web-view, instead of taking the user to a web-view and telling them to fill out a field, it collects information inside the messenger while chatting with the users. Moreover, this feature collects information without telling the users to click on Quick reply buttons for the users’ phone number, email address, or birth date. Therefore, people feel free to provide their information.
Besides users’ phone numbers and email addresses, birth dates can collect any kind of information in text, number, and Datetime format. Also, it can collect links, files, images, and videos. In a word, QuilChat’s User Input Flow and Custom Fields can collect any kind of information. And the information will be saved to the messenger subscriber, a feature of QuilChat for storing information collected via Facebook messenger.
